With the border crisis raging, is it a coincidence that HALF of the FBI's top 10 most wanted are Latinos?

I happened to be watching Americas Most Wanted the other night and ended up on the FBI's Top 10 most wanted. Are Latinos being unfairly targeted by the FBI? Are there differences between the way people from other countries see violent crime?

Are these the guys Trump was talking about when he said there are some "not so good people coming in"?
