No doubt the cop will be declared guilty murder (if he's white) before the facts are all in. And regardless of what the facts turn out to be.
Hey, at this point, if a white cop responds to a call about a black person, better leave the gun behind and just hope for the best.
Regardless of the circumstances of the situation, the scrutiny they'll be under will be magnified a thousand times.

Cops arent supposed to use a taser one on one. In case it fails. Tasers arent for deadly force situations either...because again...if it fails...you're dead. If the situation warrants a gun...taser is an after thought.

Tasers have two probes. They must spread far to deliver shock thru the body. The closer the attacker is...the less distance the probes have to spread. You may get a spread of just a few inches....and maybe tase a bicep or a couple ribs. Meanwhile...you're getting your head smashed.
Thats why cops shouldnt use a taser up close, in a grappling situation, and never in a 1 on 1...unless you are 6-10 feet away and the guy isnt moving.
