On certain products, that they make domestically, yes. So? We import a great deal of things from other countries that we don't make here. There's nothing to protect. Why would we impose a large tariff on things we don't produce and likely never will?? So, we can "stick it" to the exporting country, while fucking over our own citizens and economy?
