Wind Power, is Germany waking up to no lights on?

They moved for a higher standard of living.
Which typically comes with a higher carbon footprint.
I was just reading what you wrote. So glad I got you to clarify that.

My claim was people in Germany have a much higher carbon footprint than people in Syria. Clearly. Otherwise, they wouldn't have moved to Germany.

They moved for a higher standard of living.
Syrians immigrated to Germany primarily to escape the devastating Syrian Civil War (starting 2011), seeking safety, stability, and opportunities, with Germany becoming a major destination due to its welcoming policies in 2015, strong economy, social support systems, and pathways to integration and work. They were fleeing conflict, violence, lack of food, and unemployment, journeying across Europe to find refuge.

And now they're emitting much more CO2 than they did back home.
Germany should send them back.

Because of CO2?

Because they're Muslims who don't assimilate into western civilization.

They're against pork, alcohol and women with exposed skin.

But because the greentards don't have a problem with that, maybe they'll agree to deport them for the CO2 reduction?

Now, what about your plan to cool the planet by lowering albedo?
Nature does it during every glacial period by raising albedo. Which happens when the northern hemisphere glaciates.

I get that you think solar panels make the planet warmer but daytime temperatures above solar farms are ~2 C cooler as measured by satellites at 116 solar farms. And nighttime temperatures are unchanged. Kinda blows your theory right out of the water.

Lower albedo causes glaciers to advance by............now you fill in the blank.

Yes, lower albedo solar panels warm the planet by reflecting less solar radiation back into space.

Explain how retaining more solar radiation cools the planet.

Kinda blows your theory right out of the water.

A single datapoint doesn't change the laws of physics. Sorry.

Maybe you missed the part where satellites measured cooler temperatures above 116 solar farms, not warmer temperatures, EMH.

No, I didn't miss the (116) single datapoint that you believe changed the laws of physics.

Measured values are more accurate than calculated values such that when the calculated value doesn't match the measured value, they change the calculations usually because there was an error in the assumptions used to make the calculations.

So no, the measurements at 116 solar farms did not change the laws of physics. Your shoot from the hip calculations were wrong. We know they are wrong because they didn't match the measured value.

Measured values at one spot, or 116, don't change the fact that the lower albedo warms the planet.

Moving energy from the solar farm to the point of electricity usage doesn't cool the planet.

You definitely have an error in your assumption.

MEASURED lower temperatures at the solar farms says the effect of solar farms is a net cooling which encompasses everything including albedo and converting photons from the visible light spectrum into electricity.

Not my claim. That's your claim. I can prove it because I can quote it. Feel free to use the quote feature to show how I made that claim.

It only says that it's easier to move heat away from the panels than from the bare ground.

Not that the panels cool the planet.

Replacing the source of electricity generation doesn't change the usage of electricity. It only changes the source. So replacing a source which doesn't capture solar radiation with a source that does capture solar radiation results in a net reduction of solar radiation striking the earth.

So if you are going to state my position, get it right.
