Wherever you put a nuke plant invites atheist societies to bomb and get a free nuclear blast against us, usually within 15-20 miles of a big city that will receive deadly fallout and take them clean off the map. Mostly mildly. Up to the war, the area was actually a site of great tourism. Though far and wide, one of the greatest threats was the radioactive iodine whose half life has already all but eliminated it. And the explosion was due to really bad design.
