I've thought for years a houseboat would be pretty cool to have in certain areas. not to this extreme but for a few those cold months we could be in the extreme south. This guy in the video does a great community service with his eccentric life style. recycling everything he finds, checking and studying the pollution, etc. and of course the government wants to get rid of him; shame on them.
