Some, unable to dispute the numbers, apparently need to kvetch about President Obama's documented success, rather than address the thread's question:
Will the United States ever again have a President as popular as Obama?
Elected in 2008 with 52.9% of the popular vote.
Elected in 2012 with 50.5%.
Along with only FDR, Eisenhower, and Reagan, twice elected with over 50% of the popular vote.
His two terms completed with
60% approval.
Trump received 46.1% of the popular vote, 2.1% less than his opponent, had negative approval numbers throughout his four years, and completed his one term with 34% approval.
Biden won with 51.3% of the popular vote, and has seen negative approval numbers for the past fifteen month. His current approval level is 42.2%.
Can the U.S. ever again elect a President who can command the respect of most Americans?
