Back on topic...who cares if the Left demonizes the USSC for correcting the CO SC for their bad decision?

I hope the USSC votes 9-0 to overturn.

There needs to be due process, and the CO Chief Justice said that due process was not adequate.

Instead if will affirm the full appellate court's ruling.
