Buffalo is a post industrial mess. It has been for years. As with Detroit, Cleveland, and other post industrial cities. In these cities live the progeny of the many low to medium skilled factory workers. Blacks and poor whites who seem to lack the sense to leave. The salt of the Earth. So they continue on generation after generation in poverty, and violence. Thank God for the vax. Their sterility will be welcome.
