The federal agency instead quietly fought with the Michigan Department of Environmental Quality for at least six months about what should be done.

So the EPA fought with a Michigan State department that works directly for Rick Snyder and he had no idea what was going on and you believe that???? Really???? Who do you think Snyder is? Chris Crispie?

Why do you guys trust state government but not federal government? Especially when it so easy to prove they lie?
