Will Pam Bondi Prosecute Michael Byrd For Murder?

Biden should award Michael Byrd the Medal of Freedom to own the MAGAs.

You’re the one giving an insurrection a pass.

And that you don’t respect our institutions or laws.

Wanker
what insurrection?

the protest that turned into a riot?

HOw many of those that showed up on J-6 have been charged with insurrection?

500?

100?

1?

Bueller? Bueller?

You know, the guy that shot Ashli Babbitt, Air Force Veteran, in the head for the heinous crime of being helped through a broken window?

She's the one with the American Flag on her shoulder. Which is proof, in and of itself, that she must be a bad person.

So, Michael Byrd took it upon himself to shoot her. In the throat. She died. Horribly

After which, the Brave people that run DC decided to house him at an Air Force Base. In a very, VERY expensive suite. Paid for by -- Us. The American People.

I just thought of it again because of this article at Newsmax.

So, what do you think? Will Byrd be prosecuted for the murder he committed?
Did she comply with what Michael Byrd asked her to do? I don't know that answer but isn't that the criteria when a cop kills a Black motorist?

I remember seeing one who was giving hand signals to someone on the other side of the door, but the video I viewed ended after they began administrating first aid to Babbett.
~~~~~~
Then you concede that there was law enforcement (at least 4 Leo's) on the side of the door where Ashli Babbitt was situated and no need for Byrd to shoot her....?
He was too far away to be directly speaking to her where she could hear him, He lied about his effort
There was no shout for compliance by Byrd. No one has ever suggested that he shouted any cautionary commands to Babbitt, except Byrd.
your failure to understand is not my problem,
"he levels, or continuum, of force police use include basic verbal and physical restraint, less-lethal force, and lethal force."
Byrd went straight from verbal, past physical and less lethal force, to lethal force.
without cause.
I will post the video that proves you are 100 percent correct.
No.
They were also busy watching the many doors and trying to evacuate the Congress.
Wrong, watch the video. There were uniformed and ununiformed cops within arm's reach of her when she was shot. The uniformed cops look like a SWAT team and the plain clothes cops immediate performed first aid on Babbit. Notably, they didn't even try to cuff her but rendered aid instead.
experts?
democrats in the House?
His fellow officers?
I've got close to 30 years' experience with Use of Force rules, far more than most of them
Haha
So you have all that experience, but you don't know who investigates and rules on his use of deadly force.
Oooooooookay! 👍😃👍
And again you have forgotten who is on the wrong side of history and facts.
When was the last time you went outside or read the news? Byrd sleeps with his family, and Babbit sleeps with the fishes.
Such bizarre behavior, by you.
I'm guessing the cop was not following standard protocol but the central question is, did he fear for his life? If not, the shooting was willful and was murder. If so, it was self-defense. Good luck getting into his head and proving it one way or the other.
Oops, wrong again. Better step outside and check.
Byrd sleeps with his family. The dead traitor sleeps with the fishes.
Your pathetic cult fantasy of prosecuting the cop who killed your special little traitor is going nowhere. Just move on, you're embarrassing yourself.
That is demonstrably false. As can be seen in the video.....unarmed officer who had been in front of those doors left to retreat down the stairs as heavily armed officers were coming up the stairs. None....zero....were within three feet of Babbitt.
Babbitt ignored warnings by the police on the opposite side of the purpose-built barricade to retreat, to go away. She ignored the warnings that a gun was being brandished. And once the barricade was breached she leapt towards the officers in a hands and figure concealing shroud.
Ashli Babbitt is dead because of Ashli Babbitt.
Watch the video plainclothes police were within arm's reach of her when she was shot, they were giving her first aid within seconds while a SWAT team calmly stood by on the staircase behind her body. The only person who felt threatened was Byrd.
not as much as you are embarrassing yourself.
A lie, of course. The police all felt threatened that day, as 140 of them were assaulted by the violent mob.
And the threat was the violent mob, not just the one idiot traitor Babbit.
