CALIFORNIA is RIDICULOUS. The new building codes are so over the top, people are not rebuilding or cannot get plans approved,

The one house being built has a 13 inch slab…equivalent to AN AIRPORT RUNWAY.

Not exactly sure what the goal is for the California government…but they are doing it wrong.
