Will Lebanon Disappear in 2014

They also kidnapped soldiers and killed several others in the cross border raid. But since you support Islamic terrorism, you care nothing about this
Israel routinely violates Lebanese air space and the waters between Lebanon and Cyprus; whenever the Zionist's victims retaliate, you scream Muslim aggression.
Since it wasn't 100,000 Jews forced into Lebanon at the point of an Arab bayonet in 1948, the terror in Lebanon should be laid at the Zionist door.

No it was 1,000,000 Jews forced out of the M.E on the ends of bayonets, with at least half being mass murdered by the arab scum along the way. The survivors made it to Israel were they were treated and made Israeli citizens. How did the arab's treat their people, why they caged them like animals and starved them to show the world how the Jews were treating muslim refugees. Many are still in the same refugee prisons that they entered in 1948, and living in squalor and deprivation. 50,000 were mass murdered in Jordan in one month, men ,women and children sprayed with automatic gun fire and grenades as a lesson on who was the boss. You don't want the truth because It would destroy your life to see the reality of just how many Jews suffered under arab rule, the Jews are dhimmis and under sharia law can not own their own country and this pisses of the arabs.
Do you have any evidence to support your claim that 1,000,000 Jews were forced from the Middle East and "at least half were mass murdered by Arab scum along the way"?
Are you clear on how fewer Jews would have been expelled from Arab countries if 650,000 Jews hadn't inflicted their nation upon twice as many Palestinians in 1948?

Do you have any evidence to support your claim that "... fewer Jews would have been expelled from Arab countries if 650,000 Jews hadn't inflicted their nation upon twice as many Palestinians in 1948?"

The obvious answer is "no, you don't". The underpinning of islamist ideology is fear and intolerance of competing faiths and cultures. That is why islamism has never managed to coexist with other cultures. Thst is also why the purging of competing faiths from the Islamist middle east hss been an uninterrupted process since the 7th century.

What we do know is that islamist ideology is utterly hostile to competing religions. That is why the elimination of Judaism and Christianity from the Islamic dominated Muddle East is nearly complete.

Writing from Beirut, Franklin Lamb seems to think some Lebanese are beginning to suspect their country will join Iraq and Libya during the coming twelve months.

"Many who thought their team and its local and international supporters were invincible appear to be rethinking recent events. More are realizing that their enemies are also skilled and fearless fighters and not at all afraid to die for their religion, or related causes, and may well be growing in number as they view the results of their handiwork..."

"There are reports, whose accuracy is difficult to verify that scores of jihadists are arriving here from Syria, Iraq and other countries.

"The last half of 2013 has seen a dramatic rise in the number of young male fighters from North Africa and the Levant.

"Many are joining Al Nusra and ISIS rather than choosing more 'moderate' groups.

"The six-week training camps are attracting a majority of the wannabe jihadists who come for a number of religious and non-religious reasons and who want to join the better established and most widely admired ‘winning teams.’

"Additionally, the Golani and Baghdadi groups reportedly offer the best food, the most 'inspiring' jihadist ideology, newer and more powerful weapons, heavy winter clothing including gloves, and salaries of up to $ 450-500 per month depending on potential exhibited during the 45 days training camp with credit given to applicants with vetted previous experience."

Why should anyone be $urpri$ed about what's happening in Lebanon?

Will Lebanon Survive in 2014? » CounterPunch: Tells the Facts, Names the Names

Stupid question from one of the dumbest posters here on USMB. Lebanon will be around for a long time. However, it might be the next country to have a civil war. It's ripe for a fight. It's a shit poor country that boneheadedly picked a fight with Israel in 2006 and regardless of the propaganda hitting the screens after the bombs stopped, Lebanon laid in rumble and it's already shitty infrastructure and economy were crippled and have not come close to recovering.

Now they have an economy is shambles, destroyed infrastructure and a poor and hungry fragmented populace.

They are more fragmented than any country in the Middle East. They have 5 camps (only one can be considered the good guys they others are all bad):
(1) Shia - 29%: They are the strongest since they are backed by money and arms from Iran and Syria. Their main leadership is the vicious terrorist group Hezbollah.
(2) Sunni - 27%: They have various Al Qaeda like fragments. They welcome foreign Al Qaeda fighters from all over the world. They are no better than Shia.
(3) Christians - 39-40%: They used to be the majority, but ethnic cleansing has reduced their numbers. They are the good guys in this region. They get caught in the middle of the Muslim wars, but external and civil. The US should SOLELY help them. We should seek to have the defeat Hezbollah and make Lebanon SOLELY a Christian country.
(4) Druze - 5%: Small religious sec. They usu stay out of politics but many of their members allie with Hezbollah and are just as bad as the terrorist.
Report on International Religious Freedom
(5) Palestinians - 300K: The Palestinian second class citizens of Lebanon. The Lebanese don't want them because they're terrorist in their blood. They are a very entitlement like people and cause issues where ever they are.
World Report 2011: Lebanon | Human Rights Watch

Eventually these fractions will come to a civil war! Hopefully the Shia and Sunni decimate their ranks and numbers and the Christians will come in to finish them off expelling most to Syria and Jordan!

The Plight of the One Million Jewish Refugees expelled from Arab Lands - Destination Yisra'el

Actually they were the land owners not the Palestinians who came from outside the area on the promise of work. The arab armies demanded the filastins move away until they had murdered all the jews and then they could come back as the slaves of the new owners.

Once you understand this simple fact the rest falls into place and you see the muslims for what they are.

When did Israel do anything the UN wanted (since 1948)?

Every time the filastins complained about getting the crap beat out of them to the UN, the Israel complied with the requests for a cease fire. Every resolution passed by the G.A. has been complied with up to the time the filastins break the conditions yet again.
Israel has been condemned more often by the UN than any other state on the planet:

You do understand most of these are non-binding don't you? They are little more than suggested or requests.

When do you expect the Fifth Fleet to vacate Bahrain, about the same time Jews give up on Jerusalem?

What I know is that for centuries rich Jews and Christians have been collaborating with rich Arabs to steal the resources, like land, water, and oil, which belong to millions of Sunni and Sh'ia living between the Nile and the Euphrates.

I know the capitalist ideology is completely committed to dominating the resources of this world, and these capitalists regard the oil of the Middle East as the greatest material prize in world history.

I know funding and arming both sides of Islam's Civil War gives bankers from Tel Aviv to London to New York their incentive to murder, maim, and displace millions of Muslims, and I suspect the same bankers would be willing to displace as many Christians or Jews if that ever becomes necessary to fund their rich lifestyles.

As for 1948, the Jews were purged from Arab states after 650,000 immigrants from Europe expelled twice as many indigenous Arabs from Palestine; the Jews of the Middle East were victims of their European cousins' crimes in Palestine just as much as the Arabs who lived there were.

Lordy, man. You pulled that script right out out of a 1960’s vintage hippie, counter-culture, ”Da’ man be oppressin’ me”, playbook.

Why, oh why are the self-haters, hippies and conspiracy theorists not able to move beyond the antediluvian, defective social science of the first half of last century? I'll tell you why: Because überleftists genuinely believe that Western liberal democracy is evil and oppressive to the noble savage (anyone who is not a white person living in a democratic, capitalistic society), and the flawed Boas-Benedict-Mead model of cultural relativism is the best vindication for such a warped worldview. In george’s particular case, totalitarianism (theocratic or socialist), is presumed to be on an equal footing with representative democarcies, which is, of course, patently absurd to anyone who has a read on history and a modicum of sense and objectivity.

Israel has been condemned more often by the UN than any other state on the planet:...
And the Israelis are still there, and doing exactly what they want to do.

Which puts most of those UN Resolutions on a par with your average roll of Charmin.

There's another reason why Israel is condemned so often by the UN...

The UN General Assembly has long-since become a part-time and willing tool of the Muslims; oftentimes dominated by the more militant amongst the Muslim nations; with the domain of Islam usually voting as a bloc - in the whole or for the most part - and with a fair number of non-Muslim nations voting with them, because (a) they are part of the collection of pygmies which band together to try to pull down the strong or (b) they need to kiss Arab ass in order to keep the oil flowing to their own countries, or (c) they are part of the small percentage which actually believe in how they're voting.

Machts nichts.

$even Muslim countries $lated for regime change as early as November 2001.
Why should anyone be $urpri$ed about what's happening in Lebanon?

Will Lebanon Survive in 2014? » CounterPunch: Tells the Facts, Names the Names

an AXIS power including Iran, Syria, Lebanon and Libya could very well be
the agenda. Such an idea is very consistent with jihadist fascist filth. In fact---
based on comparative ideology----it is more consistent than was the AXIS power system in which Germany and Italy became allies in the 1930s. <<< that one was actually silly

Once it happens----Jordan is likely to get squashed. The way things seem to be
moving ----Egypt is likely to join up----and Yemen. The oil Emirates----will lose
their most properous who will cut and run------and, the remnants will probably join.

If the world does not sit up and take notice FAST------Netanyahu was right-----we
are back to 1939. I am a jew------so the usual suspects can call me a
"WAR MONGER" ----just as you guys characterized jews in the 1930s---remember??

I for one would never call you a WARMONGER, but I will call you a visionary who sees the reality. Like many others you see the rise in ANTI SEMITISM and NEO NAZISM around the world hidden behind the façade of neo Marxism. The true National Socialists don't want pogroms and ghettos but peaceful existence for mutual benefit. We can see the problems associated with islam that is starting to raise its ugly head all around the world, and how they are prepared to sacrifice their children to get what they want. The arab spring is just the start of the mass murders and genocides planned by the Saudi's to take control of everything, they know their oil is fast running out and need a new source of power. We need to act fast and pull out of the conflicts before we are dragged down by the sheer scale of them. Let the muslims sort out their own problems, and be prepared to step in and sell them our expertise and infrastructure at a price that is beneficial to us and our allies. If this means a complete about turn on Palestine and the removal of the Palestinians then so be it, we need to stabilise the M.E before it ends in thermo nuclear war.

When did Israel do anything the UN wanted (since 1948)?

Every time the filastins complained about getting the crap beat out of them to the UN, the Israel complied with the requests for a cease fire. Every resolution passed by the G.A. has been complied with up to the time the filastins break the conditions yet again.

Yes recently some from inside the UN admitted to the fact of their bullying Israel without cause. This is an excellent visual aid - the extent they went to - a good reason to exit the UN for good - immediately. Israel is clearly being targeted and this proves it. - Jeri

Writing from Beirut, Franklin Lamb seems to think some Lebanese are beginning to suspect their country will join Iraq and Libya during the coming twelve months.

"Many who thought their team and its local and international supporters were invincible appear to be rethinking recent events.

"The estimated 300,000 Palestinian refugees in Lebanon live in appalling social and economic conditions."

Those 300,000 Palestinians would not be living in Lebanon today if 650,000 European Jews hadn't inflicted their nation upon twice as many Palestinians in 1948.

Lebanon itself is an artificial construct of western imperialism.
Like your homies it would never have existed without European meddling after the War to End All Wars.
Now the same forces that got rich from creating Lebanon are getting rich form its destruction:

"It’s not just the leadership of the Zionist regime still occupying Palestine, six decades after the 1948 Nakba, that appears to be salivating at the current stoking of current tensions between the Palestinian Resistance and in some respects, its historic off-spring Hezbollah.

"From Tel Aviv, to Amman, Riyadh, the Gulf Kingdoms to Washington DC and beyond, the forces allied against the Tehran-Damascus-Hezbollah-Palestinian Resistance are working on yet another project to weaken and hopefully destroy all four.

"It won’t be easy, but it is reportedly a key element among the anti-Resistance forces still seeking regime change in Syria.

"Even while some of these governments have been playing down their central goal of regime change in public.

"The same governments appear to be fantasizing that by building up the Lebanese army with a pledged $ three billion from Riyadh, its troops will somehow confront Hezbollah and its allies as part of a long-term 'beat em or bleed em” project.'"

A Palestinian-Hezbollah War in Lebanon? » CounterPunch: Tells the Facts, Names the Names

In an ideal world the muslim states would have done the decent thing and absorbed those displaced peoples into their communities, like Israel did with 1 million Jews ejected from their homes and property in 1948.

For two decades after the nakba the filastin refugees were caged like animals by their muslim brothers, beaten, starved, abused and their women raped. Until the Zionist entity that you so despise freed them from their prisons and gave them life. They gave them health care, hospitals, schools, mosques, running water, electricity and all the trappings of modern life. So for 20 years the filastin refugees were amongst the worlds worst treated people, now they have the best healthcare, longest life span and greatest live birth records all due to those Zionist killers.

Your alleged freedom fighters are nothing more than terrorist thugs that want putting down like rabid dogs. These are the people who would rape your granddaughter while slitting her throat . They are psychopathic killers that scream about abuse when they are getting the shit kicked out of them by superior forces, they cry about breaches of International Law and war crimes when they find themselves on the receiving end of defeat. But while they are winning they ignore International law and their own war crimes.

Remember that hezbola is a terrorist organisation and that this implies, if yu are still so hell bent on supporting them sell up and join them in their campaigns of terror, rape, mass murder and world conquest

Israel has been condemned by the UN more often than any other country because 650,000 Jews inflicted an ethnocracy by force of arms on twice as many non-Jews in 1948.

Aping in many respects what the Jews' Nazi tormentors inflicted upon the "Chosen People" a few years before in places like Poland.

Ninety percent of the planet sees Jewish aggression for what it is; blatant ethnic cleansing of an indigenous population to enhance arms and oil sales profits for their western masters.

The Jewish state of Israel is a moral and ethical pygmy slated for the same fate as their racist brethren in South Africa.

Good riddance.

"Another often cited example is Israeli support of Islamic movements in the 1970s and 1980s intended to weaken the PLO, and leading to the creation of Hamas.[5][6][7]

"With its takeover of Gaza after the 1967 war with Egypt, Israel hunted down secular Palestinian Liberation Organization factions but dropped the previous Egyptian rulers' harsh restrictions against Islamic activists.[8]

"In fact, Israel for many years tolerated and at times encouraged Islamic activists and groups as a counterweight to the secular nationalists of the PLO and its dominant faction, Fatah.[8][9]

"Among the activists benefited was Sheikh Ahmed Yassin, leader of the Muslim Brotherhood in Gaza, who had also formed the Islamist group Mujama al-Islamiya in 1973, a charity recognized by Israel in 1979. Israel allowed the organization to build mosques, clubs, schools, and a library in Gaza."
