Zone1 Will I go to hell?

The flood was not global and there is no hell. Its an allegory
It's my undestanding that the Biblical "hell" is generally the grave or physical death. Of course there are other meanings as well. The context of the narrative is key.

Then He will also say to those on the left hand, 'Depart from Me, you cursed, into the everlasting fire prepared for the devil and his angels:
Matt 25:41

those on the left hand, those who do not believe, but because of your belief, the Lord says in Jer 33:3, hope, imagination, Mt. Everest, the cause of the deluge was form, from the deluge. time
?

Is there a place called Hell?
Yes. It exists on earth but so does heaven. If a person, lets say, worships a false god, a trinity, a mangod, the sun, the moon, the stars, a block of wood, or turns to a lifeless piece of bread made by human hands for spiritual life, then they die in the very day they do it and descend into the netherworld, Hades, hell, the realm of the dead.

In this sate of abject obliviousness where a persons only light in life is a lie, life is a curse, dying all the time, never finding peace in death, and REALITY, day and night, is like a raging eternal consuming fire that will never go out.

When a person diligently stands guard over the sanctity of their own mind life is a blessing a peaceful REALITY and they ascend into the realm of God, heaven, where they have an ecstatic experience of life day and night.

Wherever you stand purify your own mind and be refined and you will never know what it is do die.

If not you will never know what is like to live within the realm of my God.

Within the context of its use, yes.
I don’t know what you mean by “within the context of its use.”

By the way. I’m being genuine. I really don’t know what you mean by that.

But, in any event, my question was more straightforward. I happen not to believe a place such as “Hell” could possibly exist.

So, I’ll refine my question. Is there a literal place we call Hell which involves perpetual and eternal misery, regret and even pain with no hope of relief?

Sometimes "hell" just means the grave or physical death. Sometimes it means "a place of restraint of the demons". Sometimes a place of eternal torment of the demons.

Unrepentant sinners who are cast into "hellfire" burn up, they don't suffer forever as do the demons. The wages of (human) sin is death, not eternal life in torment.

Is there a place for eternal tormenting unrepentant human souls?

No. Eternal death is punishment. Eternal punishing is for the demons.

Even the memory of human sinners is destroyed so that the saved don't have eternal angst about those who were lost.

I personally don’t buy that either. But I appreciate your feedback.

You are not punished; you are awakened to enlighten your soul for your next journey.

The flood abated into thousands of local floods, each leaving its own evidence for us to ponder. Subsequently, that evidence was degraded in one way or another so there is no uniform flood evidence, nor can there be. There is no uniform "bathtub ring" as so many insist upon.

The term "great flood" in the context of the last Ice Age refers to catastrophic glacial outburst floods, not a single global event. These massive floods occurred when ice dams, such as the one that held back Glacial Lake Missoula, burst, releasing vast quantities of water that carved dramatic landscapes, particularly in the Pacific Northwest. For example, the Missoula floods between 18,000 and 15,000 years ago scoured the Columbia River Basin and reached the Pacific Ocean. Other large floods, like the Bonneville flood, also happened in different locations.

Key events and characteristics
  • Cause:
The floods were caused by the expansion and contraction of glaciers, which would form and then break large ice dams.
    • The floodwaters traveled at speeds over 65 mph and carved out massive canyons and valleys.

    • The floodwaters reached the Pacific Ocean, altering the landscape along the Columbia River.
  • Evidence:
The evidence of these events can be seen today in the scarred landscapes, giant river valleys, and the large, erratically scattered boulders left behind by the floodwaters.
