Yeah, you can be outside and violate the FACE act if you are physically obstructing the doors which is what these individuals are usually doing.

He was harassing people inside a church with his anti-ICE opinions. Doesn’t have to be by force or physical obstruction.

If some Christian Evangelical came INSIDE my Synogogue and asked me “Why don’t you believe in Jesus,?” he would be in violation of the FACE Act.

Same thing here. These people were expecting to pray in peace and not be assaulted by a mob, with a disgraced “journalist” sticking a mic in their faces, trying to get them to think that ICE law officers are the enemy.

You probably need to read the FACE act closer because when I read it, I don’t see anything about it being illegal to ask people questions they don’t like.

FACE stands for freedom to access clinic entrances and is pretty specifically targeted at protestors who were blocking the entrances to clinics.

If you can't identify the "force, threat of force or physical obstruction", you don't have a case under the FACE act.

The fact is he didn’t use force, threat of force or physical obstruction to block anyone from doing anything.

You tried making some dumb claim about forcing his way into the church, but it’s obviously untrue.
