My guess is Don Lemon's sentencing guidelines won't actually call for active jail time, so he might avoid prison and just get probation

As time is going by, the DOJ might be finding out various things that we all are unaware of right now. They still have his cell phone, last I heard.

My guess (and that's all really any of can do right now) is that there is sufficient evidence to send him to prison for 11 years (1 yr for FACE; 10 for the Conspiracy),
BUT, there's always that BIAS factor.

What kind of judge/jury will he get ? Just as I said in the OP, that could be the deciding factor.

248 is going to be hard to prove because Lemon wasn’t using force to block the church.

241 is going to be hard to prove because it requires intent. It’s probably why they’re digging through his phone. This clown car of a DoJ indicted first, looks for evidence later.
