I guess that's one way of looking at it. In some ways, you could describe it as states going wild. Still, I would rather that be an issue than the feds going wild. The damage to the country that a state can cause is far less than what the feds can cause.

You want states to be able to have lots of legalized abortion, so states will have lots of legalized abortion, just like you want.

Abortion seems to be treated like going out and having a day of fun. Having real statistic on where they are from in each state, each county, each city, town, township and each neighborhood. To know if there are women that have many abortions is something we should be allowed to know.

Full disclosure: I guess I've misunderstood what trimester is defined by. In literal terms, trimester means 3 months. That would normally be defined as 12 weeks. I now see that, for some strange reason, it is defined as 13 weeks in the medical context.
