As to your question. No I don't. If you read the Mueller report and more importantly, understand it you would know a few things.

There's a difference between what is known, and what is actually indictable. Conspiracy to defraud the United States (not collusion which has no legal meaning) requires certain elements to be actually illegal. In this case it has to do with the fact that an actual thing of value has to be exchanged. Mueller ( in my opinion correctly) made the assessment that an actual monetary value would be hard to establish on something like polling data or "dirt on Hillary." He understood that beyond a reasonable doubt is a high bar to vault and the only thing worse than a sitting presidents campaign conspiring with Russia. Would be the campaign charged with it and be aquited.

As for the FBI. As I said they are charged with counter espionage investigations. The object of wich isn't necessarily to charge people with crimes but rather safeguarding national security interests.
