Will any poster want to go to Las Vegas?

I had the opportunity to go there twice for free, once through work, once through an ex-gf who wanted to treat me (since she knows I enjoyed poker).

In both instances I declined.
I have absolutely zero interest in going to Las Vegas. It represents everything I despise: overpriced, too many people, gambling, corny acts, too much noise, etc.

I lived within striking distance of Reno/Tahoe for close to 50 years and I don't gamble. LOL, I was pretty good at getting reasonable meals, skiing, lodging and free drinks though. Its not nearly as easy anymore.
I worked and worked on a way to play blackjack and come home a winner. Pit bosses tried to disrupt me and changed to new decks and inspected dealers' decks too. My system works well.

I was at a Carpenter concert there and it was very good. Karen was stunning as a singer.

Meh. Vegas is fine. Even if you dont like to gamble (im not a big fan) it has lots of amazing shows, good food, great bars, and it is just so unique of an experience. Plus you can get to Hoover Dam, The Grand Canyon, Zion, and Bryce Canon fairly easily. I recommend for an occasional trip best when paired with a few days at a regional national park.

I lived in and near Reno for a few years back in the 90s.

I lived in Sacramento from 81 to 90. I've been to Reno often, but I've never been a gambler.

Bring back the food buffets.... loosen up the machines... provide more security and clean the damn rooms better...
and send out flyers with those discount coupons.... they stopped doing that...

Got married to first wife in Vegas, went there for 10th Anniversary, then went with 18 guys on a trip for a double bachelor party and celebrated my divorce from said first wife.

Third trip was the funnest with one guy literally living the Hangover story of his own.

Now everything there is too damn expensive.

I've known people who had their systems that they were successful with, but the bottom line is they didn't get those big fancy casinos because people win.

Watching many blackjack players, they simply play totally wrong. They may as well give the dealer several hundred dollars and go get dinner.

Continuous grabbing for your wallet as everyone in that city is looking for a way to separate a sucker from their money.

If someone is willing to pony up $52.00 just for a skinny plate of noodles and a drink, it sounds like they found one.

Before I'd ever pay my waitress $52.00 for a $1.00 plate of noodles and a 50¢ drink, she better fellate me first.

You could eat better for a buck by just bringing a hot plate with you, plugging it into the wall outlet and heating up a packet of dehydrated emergency survival food.

I have gone to Reno to beat the dealers and managed to beat them all.
LOLLLOLLLLOLLLLL.
One last pipe dream old man.

Too funny old man.
There clearly is no system to beat Vegas.

Not for you.
LOLLLOLLL
Not for anyone Robert.

You can pretend and LIE all you want.
Vegas Wins.
You may have got lucky a few times, but even the worst gambler gets lucky.

When did you use my system? It is not luck, it is correct gambling that works.
