Why wasnt Obama impeached for starting 5 wars?

They shouldn't be hosting terrorist organization like Al Qaeda and others who want to kill Americans.

The action Obama took were mostly under the 2001 AUMF against international terrorists like those who blind sided us on 9-11. You don't like what Obama did to those terrorist. Do you have some kind of sympathy for those terrorist who want to kill Americans? I mean GWB made it clear after 9-11 that if those governments where these terrorist operate from can't control them, we will! So **** um.
They were, they were being hosted by the Taliban.

I have no real issue with what Obama did to terrorist, not under our jurisidiction, just like I don't with Trump doing the same. I am not the one with making an issue of one President doing it, and the other not.

Now, what I do take issue with, is what Obama did to Americans, such as illegal wiring taps, extrajudical killings, and the like.

Man, you are all screwed up. Al Qaeda was supported and encouraged by the CIA.
Nope, the Taliban.

I think yoh are referring to the freedom fighters many of which joined AQ, that fought th Russians

The AUMF wasn't limited to Al Qaeda. Since they posed an immediate threat to Americans, the targeted killing of known enemy combatants of those groups was not extrajudicial. IMO it's especially true if those enemies were traitors, who joined forces with the terrorist groups.

I agree, of people not within the jurisdiction of the US constitution....but Americans are, even if they are overseas.

Labeling them a traitor, doesn't make them one, they deserve due process

It became the rationale for the War Powers Act.

and Obama openly violated the Wars Powers Act, he should have been removed from office for it.

President Obama is facing a swell of bipartisan criticism for continuing military engagement in Libya without congressional approval. Even supporters of the Libya intervention have complained that the administration is flouting the law.

So, is it?

Well, the president is certainly sidestepping the controversial law known as the War Powers Act, but in doing so he’s following a well-worn path.

This week, a bipartisan group of 10 House members—a combination of Republicans and antiwar Democrats—sued the Obama administration this week over the War Powers Act

Not just within our jurisdiction, not if they are actively fighting against the US.

these are from your link.

"While presidents have long inveighed against the act, lawmakers have just as frequently invoked it, often as a political weapon. "

"Boehner’s also been unclear about whether Obama is even violating the act. Two weeks ago, Boehner said that “technically,” he wasn’t: “Legally, they’ve met their requirements [under] the War Powers Act,” he said of the administration."

No, the Constitution only applies to folks within it's jurisdiction, that includes Americans, anywhere. Obama killed a 16 year old American, that wasn't even actively fighting anyone.

Cool, yes, Boenher isn't a judge, and made it clear he doesn't support the law. Not sure your point?

As Politico has reported, Boehner—who sent a confrontational letter to the president this week—actually voted to repeal the law in 1995. In 1999, he called it “constitutionally suspect.” Boehner’s spokesman said the speaker has an obligation to honor existing law “regardless of his personal views.”

But he was speaker of the House and was not powerless.

Apparently not if you join a terrorist organization and actively plot and especially use your knowledge of America to kill Americans. Of course if you hang out with terrorist like that, you too might become collateral damage.

Do you have evidence the 16 year old American joined a terrorist organization? Did you present that to a Court? Did the 16 year old get notice? did he get a chance to defend himself?

Nope, you just killed him.

Dems don't care about Due Process, you don't even know what it is

Never said he did. His father sure did. Hanging out in lawless places where terrorists who declared war on Americans get bombed, got bombed. That is what happened to his son.

So now under Dem regimes children aren’t entitled to due process and can be summary executed because of something their father might of done

Thanks for clearing that up. I’ll remember the sort of due process that we can expect from demafasict regimes moving forward

And I’ll remember that the next time you whine about a illegal alien awaiting a hearing or a free trip home, claims they aren’t getting due process because the dentention center is overcrowded

No no, daddy was a grease spot before Jr. decide to hang out with Al Qaeda. What kind of family lets a 16 year old hang out with terrorist?

You mean after you join or start hanging out at some terrorist organization and use your knowledge of America to help the terrorist attack and kill American women and children? Probably so.
