There are ways around every law. The Lanza's proved this. Junior The Wacko gets his mom's guns and kills her then kills a bunch of kids at a nearby school.

If you are going to have laws like wacko's should not have guns, or x-con's should not have guns, then you will need to have criminal background and wacko background checks.

No way around it.

I am not saying it accomplished anything however.

It is very clear that someone can get dope and/or guns into any country and buy/sell it on the streets.

I think everyone needs to have their own guns and be well trained and heavily armed and aware at all times and stay away from wacko's and x-con's.
