Bob Costello testified before the grand jury yesterday. (Trumps grand jury).

During that testimony Mr. Costello mentioned that he had given DA Bragg 600 pages of documents that prove Trumps innocence. (including a letter from the FEC).

Bragg hid these exculpatory documents from the grand jury (which is illegal). Now all hell is breaking loose.

DA Alvin Bragg will likely be disbarred and might go to prison over this.

Watch HANNITY tonight for a better explanation than I can give. FNC at 8:00 pm central time (he seems to be the only one talking about it)

Oh, some of us did long ago. I am watching Eric Bolling on Newsmax right now who is on fire over this whole "nothing burger" failed attempt to bring our real LEADER down. Eric is a much more exciting host than he was on Fox News Channel and his monologues are very energetic and interesting and so are his guests. Rob Schmitt at 7 ET is another hot host who brings you the news in his unique way that is WOW-- absorbing. All the hosts are on point all day on Newsmax but I haven't the time or inclination to watch more than two. ( as a rule )

In California it isn't illegal, the DA has total control of the information the Grand Jury sees. I don't know if that's the case in New York.
