Pilots are being trained as of now. It's going to be some time before F-16s make into Ukraine but it will happen, otherwise why train Ukrainians at all? France has already offered their version of the storm shadow to Ukraine. Ukraine now has both. ATACMs can't be that far behind. Small ground diameter bombs will probably show up next month. Long range weapons are not the issue, although you can make the case that Ukraine doesn't have enough. The issue right now appears to be mines. Russia has apparently mined every place they could and firmly dug in. That's slowed progress, but Russia can't win a war with mines and bad artillery. Russia can't stop Ukraine's own artillery, their drones, and short and long range bombs. At some point next year, Russia simply won't have enough howitzers, tanks and air defense left to fight. This literally a clown army.
