The obamacare death panel is the Independent Payment Advisory Board - they took a page from the brits' NHS, whose death panel is called the National Institute for Clinical Excellence, in giving it an inoccuous name. Since it's one of the things that clearly indicate the nature of obamacare and they can't defend it, the leftwing strategy is to pretend it doesn't exist.
