I wonder what percentage of the internet is now deleted.

We will never know.

Unindexed, not deleted. Its like some asshole stealing half the Library index cards (remember the old days?). The books are still there, but if you are looking for information and you go through the index cards you will only find the books that the asshole wants you to find.

So, you search for "the election was stolen from trump" and the sites you want to see will not pop up on the results.

Real estate taxes exist in every community, are you trying to tell me that no Republican or conservative controls any location with real estate taxes?

Of course not. And if there are lower taxes in other ways, real estate taxes may be higher. I will tell you. There are older people who are tired of it. The Villages a senior region was promised no schools when started. I believe some years ago they started a school district and more. Reneging on that promise. So, taxes are rising for them. And the political class was most likely Repub. For some reason when you get old, you start believing you have paid enough.

Wisconsin state Rep. Lee Snodgrass (D) posted and later deleted a tweet declaring that parents who wish to have input in their child's education should either elect to homeschool or send their kids to private school.

"If parents want to 'have a say' in their child's education, they should home school or pay for private school tuition out of their family budget," the now-deleted tweet said.

Lee Snodgrass is right, except for the fact that private schools absolutely dictate their curriculums. Parents either accept that curriculum, or they and their brat can hit the road.

Any parent of a public school child that wants parents to dictate the curriculum is an idiot. While they'd like to personally dictate that curriculum, they forget that they are only one of hundreds of parents - so they individually do not get to dictate that curriculum.

What they forget is that many of the other parents are junkies, alcoholics, uneducated, and otherwise morons.

Anybody with a brain would want their child's educational curriculum decided by education professionals - people that know FAR more than they about education. Instead, they choose to share the authority to dictate the curriculum to a bunch of idiots - like themselves.

Yep, let the current bunch of educators run the curriculum and see what you get. Math--2 plus 2 could be 5 if that makes you happy. Sex ed taught to 3rd graders. He and she have got to go and be replaced with them or they or some other nonsense. Whether CRT is or isn't now taught, they want it badly. Teachers and their union are socialists and both are harmful to this country.
