Even those without 'skin in the game' should support integrity, efficiency, effectiveness in government and the government taking as little as necessary out of the U.S. economy. I cannot imagine being of a mindset that would oppose that.

DOGE has no arrest or enforcement authority. They job is to investigate and bring the fraud, abuse, inefficiency, ineffectiveness to light. They are referring the obvious fraud cases to the proper authorities. Mostly it is just abuse of the system or improper handling of monies that is addressed by changes in policy more than looking for somebody to arrest.

Unlike the previous administration, this one is much less likely to reveal names of those it is investigating so as not to sully the names/reputations of those who turn out to have committed no crime.
