Works good, eh?When was Nato ever used for defence?
He may as well be his people are dying for NATO as we speak, the thought of that gangster having nukes is horrific.Zelensky is not in NATO.
Not because he hasn't tried. Quit being obtuse and keep up. Don't be a stupid 0311 grunt.Zelensky is not in NATO.
Thats two levels of wrong there Russobot. He may as well be his people are dying for NATO as we speak, the thought of that gangster having nukes is horrific.
If a drone blew Putin's brains out, would you consider that good or bad?Not because he hasn't tried. Quit being obtuse and keep up. Don't be a stupid 0311 grunt.
Woodie, if you didn't want to know, you should not have asked. Not fake news, just opinion, which I support now, just as I did, while in uniform during and after the Cold War.The U.S. is in NATO to ensure collective defense and security among member nations, which helps deter threats, particularly from adversaries like Russia. Additionally, NATO provides the U.S. with reliable allies and strengthens its global leadership position.

1. NATO gives the US reliable allies
Militarily and economically, the U.S. is a hugely formidable power. It has the largest nuclear arsenal on earth and continues to be the largest economy in the world.
Yet, without its allies in Asia, and above all without those in Europe, the U.S would be a much diminished superpower.
NATO provides the U.S. with a leadership position in one of the strongest military alliance networks in the world. This leadership goes well beyond the security realm – it has profound and very positive political and economic ripple effects. For instance, most Western countries purchase their arms and military equipment from the U.S.
2. NATO provides peace and stability
NATO provides a blanket of protection and mutual security for all its members, helping explain why the vast majority of countries in central and eastern Europe clamored to join NATO after the fall of the Soviet Union in 1991.

Why the United States needs NATO – 3 things to know
Donald Trump has threatened to not defend some NATO countries if Russia attacks them. But the US also benefits from the power that NATO gives it, as well as the stability it helped create in Europe.theconversation.com

Here's why the United States needs NATO
US President Donald J. Trump sent ripples through the transatlantic community after sending letters to NATO allies demanding that they spend more on their own defense. Trump’s stance appears to stem from the belief—shared by many in the United States—that European allies have long taken...www.atlanticcouncil.org
If Ukraine developed super soldiers and drove the Russians out of Crimea and all of Ukraine while causing a million more Russian casualties and burning Moscow, would that be good or bad?Not because he hasn't tried. Quit being obtuse and keep up. Don't be a stupid 0311 grunt.
No because it's only ever been used for aggression.Works good, eh?
Explain yourself.Thats two levels of wrong there Russobot.
Why should I care--he's not my president, it ain't my country and IDGAF. Exactly the same way I feel about Zelensky. I wouldn't give either of them nukes, but its beyond my or your pay grade. I believe we have more nukes on this earth than can be justified and I don't see any need to spread them around to countries that by your own admissions don't have the strength or protections to secure them. There are already too many of them.If a drone blew Putin's brains out, would you consider that good or bad?
If a drone blew your brains out if they could find a brain be good or bad?If a drone blew Putin's brains out, would you consider that good or bad?
I don't deal in fairy tales. Sounds too much like Tommy Taint's interview that he was crowing about this morning. If Ukraine developed super soldiers and drove the Russians out of Crimea and all of Ukraine while causing a million more Russian casualties and burning Moscow, would that be good or bad?
So concerned American can't explain his bullshit. No because it's only ever been used for aggression.
Explain yourself.
I noticed you didn't answer Russobot. If a drone blew your brains out if they could find a brain be good or bad?
Answer it. If Ukraine kicked the living shit out of Russia, would that be good or bad?I don't deal in fairy tales. Sounds too much like Tommy Taint's interview that he was crowing about this morning.
No BS to explain. The deterrent value of NATO during the cold war alone made it worth its cost. The aggression that you did not identify, I can only assume is the middle east conflict and yes it was used then---to deter the aggression of state sponsored terrorism in member states or are you trying to pretend that 9-11 didn't happen. I suppose you don't recall the USS Cole either. How about USS Stark targeting by Saddam Hussein? STFU, your BS makes no sense. So concerned American can't explain his bullshit.
When did that happen? I told you I don't deal in fairy tales. I also told you on numerous occasions in this thread---IDGAF, NOT MY COUNTRIES, NOT MY WAR. Did it sink in this time or do I need to repeat it again. IDGAF, NOT MY COUNTRIES, NOT MY WAR.Answer it. If Ukraine kicked the living shit out of Russia, would that be good or bad?
WTF did Russia have to do with any of that, your whole argument is based on the ridiculous assumption the Soviets were going to attack Western Europe, WTF would they have got out of that? and the Soviet union has not been around for decades so why does NATO exist? it was also established a full five years before the Warsaw pact, stop watching red Dawn on a loop.No BS to explain. SMFH, Do you have any idea what the acronym NATO stands for? North Atlantic Treaty Organization. That is an alliance that stands together if any member nation is attacked. The US is a member nation. It was attacked. The alliance doesn't exist exclusively to deter Russian aggression although that is one reason for their existence. Member nations have agreed to support any member nation that is attacked regardless of what country is responsible for the attack. Are you more clear now or do I need Rembrandt to paint you a picture.WTF did Russia have to do with any of that, your whole argument is based on the ridiculous assumption the Soviets were going to attack Western Europe, WTF would they have got out of that? and the Soviet union has not been around for decades so why does NATO exist? it was also established a full five years before the Warsaw pact, stop watching red Dawn on a loop.
The U.S. became "Involved in WW2", when Japan bombed Pearl Harbor.
