there is plenty that can be done... the FBI can interview Kavenaugh, Ford and Judge, the alleged witness under oath, they can pull up yearbooks and interview other students who were in school at the time, they can gather what was written by those present, afterwards... they could...with permission, get all of the therapist notes and go from there on how to proceed and also get her polygraph test and go from there with their investigation, they, the FBI knows how to handle this, just like the investigators who handled the Pedophile/child molesting priests accused decades later by the victims. they will collect the information that they can, pass it on to the Senators on the committee... and then the Senators would be prepared to ask pertinent questions.

ALSO, because it is now a known fact that sexual abuse is most always held in and not reported till decades later, States are now changing their laws to remove their 5 to 10 years Statute of limitation to NO LIMIT.

If it shows it is possibly true, a drunk 17 year old did not realize what he was doing or any of that...he should simply withdraw his nomination and another SC Nominee from the Federalist Society and Heritage Foundation list of conservative judges that Trump promised the Religious Right he would follow...

The SC is a lifetime position, and sending anyone to sit on it, with allegations of this sort likely to be true, simply would do a disservice to the US Supreme Court... and a disservice to all women, 50% of all citizens,

and especially those who have been man handled, sexually abused or harassed who still hold their trauma, in the closet...

for reasons just like this... what you put a woman through, when she finally comes out of that closet, and speaks.

If it comes out the allegations are likely to be coming from her own imagination or exaggeration then he should be seated, if there is enough votes.

Feinstein holding on to that letter speaks volumes on the intent from the democrats, and I don't think you can deny that.
This has been a political hit job by the democrats using Ford as the pawn for them. If she wasn't, Feinstein would have leaked
her name sooner than she did. But, waited for the maximum political expediency to drop this bomb right before the election
and to destroy a conservative justice chances at the SC. It's what the democrat politicians do, because they sure don't have
