Zelensky has cancelled elections, closed down press outlets that disagree with him, arrested people who he thinks are too pro-Russian. He's not as bad as Putin, but he's hardly a good guy.

The reality is Russia owns Crimea and Donbas. They aren't going back to the 2014 borders.

Everyone needs to find borders they CAN live with.

Zelensky is fighting a war. Extraordinary measures are called for in times of war. Neither he nor his people will accept Russian occupation.

My hopes were raised a bit (I know, it's against my better judgement) when Trump finally publicly figured out that Putin wasn't all that serious about peace. It would be nice if Trump kept that in mind.
