Why is the price of gas at the gas station so expensive? Why is the price of food so expensive? Why is there shortage of gas and oil now?

It just cost me $150 to fill up my pickup truck. It been like that all under Biden term. What is going on?

I hear stories from people that this is because of inflation, well others say because of the Russia invasion of Ukraine we are not buying from them any more, and others say because of Saudi Arabia they are capping it now to make huge profits, and others say because of the liberals green new deal. We not exporting like we where under Tump because of the green new deal the liberals have as they hate fossil fuels.

Biden/Harris have to keep gas prices high because any efforts to lower them will compromise the push for green energy.

Oil makes the world work... the world needs as much as it can get out of the ground... wind and solar is never going to cut it...

Solar is fine but it will not run the world... I have a motorhome with 2400 watts of solar panels on the roof and 6 lithium batteries... when its cloudy I can't even run my TV and refrigerator with it.... I have to use my gas generator....

Hooked up to solar panels which are backed up by traditional power sources is not off grid.... solar panels do not work at night or when its cloudy... what the hell is wrong with you?...

An even better deal would be if the US government nationalized big oil and made us energy independent. Countries that own and drill their own oil and sell it to their citizens, always maintain low prices and the country actually makes more money off the oil. That oil and gas is the commonwealth of the American people, it shouldn't belong to a few billionaires.

Another thing you failed to realize is that big oil gets billions in subsidies yearly from the American taxpayer. Many multibillion-dollar corporations get large amounts of government subsidies, grants, tax cuts..etc. Perhaps your billionaire friends (or are they your gods?), should go get a fucking job and stop leeching off of the American worker, who you despise so much.

During Trump's time it hit $92 a barrel.

China is consuming more and more oil every year as it develops.

When Trump got into power China consumed about 13,000 barrels a day. Now it's above 16,000 barrels a day. That's 5.8 million barrels. And the world is producing 82 billion a year.

India is also consuming more.

I have a Ford Escape and Honda Civic.

I never let my tank get to empty, but it normally takes about 25 or 26 bucks to go from 1/4 to full.
