Why would I move, when I live in one of the best countries in the world?? Universal health care, gun control, reproductive choice and equal rights for women, guaranteed income for seniors, and the most welcoming nation in the world.

Well, by many measures, it certainly can be argued not to be. And President Trump certainly touts that angle continuously, which I don't always find appropriate. OK, I get it, Trump is encouraging investment in America.

But the real measure is where people want to live, and looking at immigration patterns, we just had 10 million aliens enter the country per year under Joe Biden. Latinos, Somalis, Muslims all want to move here. My conclusion is that the USA must be the biggest, easiest target for exploitation, for low lifes without a chance to move here and sponge completely off the country more easily than any other country.

Same reason why NATO and UN countries only know us when they need us.

So yes, America often IS the best country in the world, just depends on how and for what for you measure it by.
