The article actually suggests the opposite of my hypothesis; I wondered if Christians had been among the first to flee, in disproportionately high numbers, and consequently have mostly found other countries to take them in already. Still looking for hard numbers. Until then, we haven't a clue what the answer is.

Obama didn't seem concerned when it was just Christians being persecuted. Once it was Muslims saying they need help, he couldn't move fast enough. Several Christian families who came to the U.S. were denied help and deported, yet Obama doesn't want us to even question the Muslims.

Nobody said that there aren't more Muslims than Christians in Syria. The question was why are the number of Christian Syrian refugees so disproportionately small in comparison to the proportion of Christians in the Syrian population generally? Approximately 10% of Syrians are Christians, so why are only 2% of the refugees who have come into the US so far Christians? Why the discrepancy?

I don't have an answer to that. Clearly you don't. The article I posted gives one possible answer; that Christians may have been more likely to stay, or stay longer, because in Syria Christians tend to be better off financially. I posed a different hypothesis. Nowhere have I said that Christians should be prioritized. The United States is not the only country accepting refugees. The UN handles most of the referrals for those coming here. Christians are being targeted in the UN camps so they avoid them. Most likely the majority are headed to Europe with the hundreds of thousands of other Syrians.

The fact the other countries are stupid is no reason for us to be stupid. We've already seen the fruit of accepting "refugees" in Paris. The last thing this country needs is a hoard of muzzie savages that hate our culture and democracy.
