The fact is, Mr. Bullshit, if the judge is biased, and he most assuredly is, then that can, and will, affect jury selection. Each side has equal numbers of peremptory challenges, and each side can challenge a juror "for cause" (e.g., a potential juror is wearing a tee shirt with a swastika in a Title VII case). So yes, equal ... kind of. Everything I have seen of the Eye CarRolL case and the NYC fRaIUdddd case strongly suggest a leftist bias in the judges, which is terribly unfortunate.

Yeah but Trump isn't any more senile and is still incredibly deplorable. Hillary was pretty far ahead at this point in 2016 too and what that reflected was that the Republican hadn't really coalesced around anyone yet. There was no enthusiasm for establishment candidates until Trump won the nomination, closed the gap to within the margin of error and ultimately won. That's not really the same thing going on here but polls this far out aren't really gauging much but enthusiasm. Trumps base is very enthusiastic about Trump and Bidens base is still hoping someone else steps up. Moderates were hoping an establishment Republican would win but since that isn't happening they're going to to start leaning towards Biden. By the time the election rolls around and everyone accepts its going to be a repeat of 2020 Biden will pull ahead because the vast majority of this country wants nothing to do with you deplorables.
