Real world, last job I was at we had a Sales manager who was ******* one of the customer Service Gals. The brilliant solution was not to fire them, but to move her over to Purchasing. But that's the real world. Where you have real people dealing with real problems. ANd most of us don't have people spending millions of dollars to **** with us.

One in the real world. Where people have affairs. I know in my career of at least four cases were managers or supervisors were sleeping with their subordinates. No one was fired. And that's what I know about, because I go OUT OF MY WAY to not get involved in office politics.

Heck, we had a case where everyone assumed our GM was banging our Purchasing Manager, until we found out she was gay.

No, you see, when a guy gets fired for sexual harrassment, it's usually because he's a pig no one likes. But you probably already knew that.
