Clearly many on the right are trying to make Bill Clinton a 'political issue' in an lame effort to attack Hilary Clinton, demonstrating once again that the republican agenda is devoid of merit, that the GOP has nothing of value or substance to offer the American people, just the politics of fear and inane personal attacks against individuals not even running for president.

So, no, he was not convicted of a crime.....but it was proven that he committed one.

He allegedly lied to the public when he claimed he did not have sex with Monica by saying "I did not have sex with that woman". His defense seemed to be that oral sex was not sex. Monica confirmed they never had intercourse, but rather, their conduct was limited.

Not that I disagree with your general sentiments, but...

Newt is currently married to his wife Callista, whom he's been married to for 15 years.

The wife who was "dying" was his first wife, Jackie, who didn't die at all. The Cad factor was he brought her divorce papers while she was still in the cancer ward. There was a second wife in there that he also cheated on and dumped.

Would you people make up your mind? It's OK when Clintons lie, but it's a problem when the other side lies? I agreed with a lot of Clinton's policies but am not willing to put up with someone who will go to great lengths and concerted efforts to cover up a blow job that even his wife had no problem with. If you are willing to go to that length over a consenting blow job from a 20 year old, it only raises question and scrutiny how far you will go when it comes to security and welfare of this nation.
