I'm agnostic on that claim. I don't have solid proof, but it appears, like all the others, to be true. IMO.
There seems to me, to be ample circumstantial proof, that indeed, there is plenty of motivation by the establishment and billionaire class, to project that paradigm.
SO? Whether it was, or was not? Makes very little difference. Perception is everything.
Political legitimacy is essential in a representative democracy, and, if the ruling elites really wanted to project such legitimacy? They could.
But? Instead, they use private corporations who hide behind proprietary software, and use things like ballot harvesting, and companies who use tactics like crosscheck to disenfranchise voters.
I have posted about the appearance of corrupt elections on both sides of the aisle. If the establishment cared about the concerns of the people, it would do something. . . instead, it protects that interests of powerful stake holders while ignoring those of the individual voter. .. how does that further the cause of "political legitimacy," or make, the claims of rigged elections by the progressive, Democrats, and now, at long last, the Republicans?
The law. ??? Ballot collecting is LEGAL in more than half the states.... So what do you mean? And again, what is the difference in a ballot box and a mail box for a ballot collector to drop the ballots off? I think you are being played.

The reason the DNC wants to have ballot boxes, is they have done dry runs on this, and worked out all the bugs on this type of fraud. Brenda Snipes, and the Deep State enclave of Broward County is notorious for this corruption, for those who know this, and study this.
Elections are the jurisdiction of the states. The federal government would only have authority there, if they could
prove a violation of the Voting Rights Act. . . and, coming up with proof?

That was the dry run for all of what went on in 2020, and the Snipes debacle was enabled by a RINO in the Trump DOJ, and by Desantis himself. She should have never been allowed to receive a pension at taxpayer expense.

I can't see how Trump didn't know how they would do it. I don't know if he didn't know, because he only pays attention to establishment media and doesn't have any intelligent folks telling him what is really going on, or if he knew and there was nothing he could do because the entire system is corrupt. . . But yeah, he should have been paying attention and cleaning house in a BIG WAY, well before the election, on a federal level.
If I knew what was going on and could have taken steps? I am sure he could have.
This story plays out, over and over again, it wasn't just robbing Dem-Socialist Tim Canova vs. Debbie Wasserman-Shultz. . . It happened with the machines and Cross check when the Republicans did it to the DNC.
