Though they're very careful to say that while he couldn't possibly serve another term, his skill at doing Chinese Human Pyramid Gymnastics made him perfectly capable of serving out his current term.

Well, I now know that the Office of the Executive Clerk runs things at the WH. All papers going through the president's hands go through theirs first, so, anything Biden signed or autopenned would have gone through them first and a record would have been made of who, what where, why and how. It is being looked into, and many experts feel as I do that anything not personally signed by the president is void; even if a president has some extraordinary reason to autopen a document, he should be made to come back later and countersign it, initial it, --something-- directly connecting the document to the POTUS to ensure all documents are legitimately the will of the POTUS.
