Simple. She waits for me to do it. She can get to a door a full minute before I do, and she will stand there waiting for me to come and open it. If she had just barred through the door herself over the years I would probably have forgotten all about the man's duty to open doors.

A lot of young men today have more in common with women than other men, and most 18 year olds now have the maturity level of a 12 year old from 20 years ago.

Women today want to act like snotty and entitled bitches. Complain about how men treat them. Demand women are equal to men in every way. Talk down to men and all of their other bullshit.
But they also get shitty that men don't buy them presents, hold doors open, pay for the dates, take them places and basically just swarm them with constant praise and attention. Not to mention a lot of women today and sluts and kind of dumb.
Can't be a total bitch towards men then expect them to treat you like a lady. Doesn't work that way.
My wife on the other hand? I hold the door for her sometimes, sometimes she holds it for me. Everytime one of us is holding it for the other. We do stuff for each other equally without any real thoughts out into it. There isn't much of "that's the man's job" between us. Except repairing stuff, maintenance, cutting grass or heavy lifting as thats all me, but she tries to help.
