Why I don't believe the MSM when it comes to COVID!!!

OH... WOE is us! Florida for example... WOE to Floridians! OH WOE!
OH WOE to school teachers... front line of COVID...RIGHT???
hmmm...
of all the people in Florida between ages 5 years to 18 years - 3,092,794 (school age..) Total cases 99,288 or 3.21%
of all the 99,288 cases --- 900 cases hospitalized or 0.029% of total 3,092,794 (school age)
of all the 99,288 cases --- 23 deaths or 0.0007% of the 3,082,794 school age population.

Now how about those POOR teachers where the average age is 42 years old.

Population of Florida age 42... actual 40 to 44 total 601,183 people

So per the below a school teacher age 42 has the following chances:
85,994 cases age 35-44 cases or of 601,183 population ---14.3%
Hospitalized 2,694 or 0.45% of the population hospitalized...again average teacher age 42...
Deaths 171 of 601,183 population is about 0.0284%

My point of showing the facts are COVID is totally grossly overblown by the Media and in Florida especially,
going back to school has extremely rare chance of kids getting Covid and even RARER chances of dying.
Teachers... another issue BUT again chances of a school teacher average age 42 dying is about 0.0284%! Really??

What's the story with the COVID hospitalization numbers? Around here , if you are admitted to the hospital they give you the test regardless of your symptoms or lack thereof.

If you go in for your hemorrhoid operation or a gun shot wound, are you counted as a "COVID hospitalization" even if you don't have symptoms? If you end up in the ICU when a drive-by shooting leaves you shot up like swiss cheese, are you counted as an ICU COVID case because of a positive result?
Because they have to isolate you.

That's fine. I understand that the hospital would have to isolate someone who is COVID positive- but for the media to report a gunshot victim as a "COVID ICU" case seems pretty misleading to the public. The health departments who make the reports should really be letting the people know exactly what they are counting. listing a case as "COVID ICU on a ventilator" might be technically accurate, but it says nothing about the pestilence if the real reason the patient is that jacked up is the 3 slugs in his back.
Although people have found some cases of something like this happening, this would not account for more than a minimal rounding error in the overall statistics.

Considering the fact that most COVID cases are asymptomatic or minimally symptomatic, and also considering the fact that all admittances without exception to major hospitals are automatically tested (for isolation purposes), it doesn't sound like a "minimal rounding error" when you are talking about a very widespread virus, with literally millions of positive cases.
So far not as extensive as 2009-2010 when 60.8 million Americans had Swine flu. More importantly THERE was never the Swine flu coverage ... I just did a Google search on "COVID".. 1.48 BILLION results all in the space of less than a year!

Based on the hyperbole presented by the MSM and then reinforced by other ignorant people, I wouldn't be surprised if a a shooting victim would be counted because the COVID victim was standing in line for a COVID test. If wasn't standing in line waiting for test and was shot then cause was COVID.
It is absolutely stupid and foolish to think that people who have not died of Covid are counted as having died of Covid. THERE IS NO CONSPIRACY. There is no reason to think there is IF you are able to think logically. THIS IS A WORLWIDE PANDEMIC. It has not been created in order to hurt Drumph's chances of being re-elected. You people are so foolish believing that moronic bastard. So foolish.
Who ever said it was created to hurt Trump's chances? I've not said that.
WHAT I have said is the MSM because they bet 96% of the donations to Hillary they are pissed and so they have been doing nothing but negative news about Trump (93% of it negative) starting with Russia,Ukraine,Mueller,Impeachment, COVID and now BLM... all because Trump won and their horse, Hillary loss!
IT is a FACT and you can't deny that fact! Why do you deny this? Your naiveté regarding the BIASED MSM ONLY hurts you!
The FACT the MSM has continued to bludgeon the TRUTH with conflation, misinformation, absence of facts is notorious.

How ya Hoaxin’?
Man that black lispy General was devastating to libbies last night on ABC late night when he rebutted every panic question and constantly repeated encouraging valid stats. Stay distanced, wash your hands, wear s mask and numbers will continue to go down he said 3/4 times. Stated emphatically his goal and plan is to vote in person. No matter how much he was peppered with negative hoax extension questions he was steadfast. Don’t know how many libbies saw him but if they did they are either back under the bed or dehydrated from emotional spittle spraying
He is a shining star example of the desire to have this mess over and what Every politician and citizen should be about

The motive to do so is the Almighty Dollar. Hospitals get paid huge bonuses every time one of their deaths is due to coronavirus.

And since the massive Lockdowns have really hurt hospitals- elective surgeries like hip replacements and boob enhancements have been postponed- they really NEED the extra money and are motivated to label anything that could remotely be contributed to corona as a "Corona death".

I don't know if its a "conspiracy" but does it matter?
That's absolutely stupid. Absolutely. Absolute nonsense. Get a brain. Really. This is a worldwide pandemic. Worldwide. Many of the countries dealing with it have nationalized healthcare. They have NON-PROFIT HOSPITALS. The reason the US has so many cases is not because the death rate is lies but because we have not had a concentrated, intelligent response to the pandemic; instead, our president denied the pandemic even existed and thus responded to it in a completely inept manner. In essence, the pandemic response in this country has been extraordinarily lame and ineffective.
You're a brainwashed drone incapable of committing logic. The statistics have obviously been manipulated. That has been proven time and time again.

All the cable news existed. Where were they at that time?
In 2015 American Community Survey. Among all households, 78 per- cent had a desktop or laptop, 75 percent had a handheld computer such as a smartphone or other handheld wireless computer, and 77 percent had a broadband Internet subscription.
Overall, internet users in 2020 accounted for 87 percent of the population.

78% of Americans had internet in 2015 vs 87% in 2020 about 10% more users
But 33 TIMES the number of COVID vs H1n1 news! WHY? 33 times the amount of news when Obama was president ?

FACTS not GUESSES!

Trump wanted to halt fights coming into the country from China, he was called a racist by the democrats, then when he did , they said he didn't do it soon enough.

There's just no pleasing a Democrat.

It is absolutely stupid and foolish to think that people who have not died of Covid are counted as having died of Covid. THERE IS NO CONSPIRACY.

The motive to do so is the Almighty Dollar. Hospitals get paid huge bonuses every time one of their deaths is due to coronavirus.

Basically none of that happened. Trump didn’t halt flights from China. He wasn’t called racist for doing so.

OH...

60 million cases of H1N1 with 12k deaths.

Although it was covered by the news at length, it was far less severe than our current situation.

How DO YOU KNOW it was covered by the NEWS at length???? FACTS give me FACTS!!
NOW here is a FACT...
From 2009 to August 2010 a Google search of News for h1n1 virus showed. 45,700,000 search results...
From January 2020 to July 2020 a Google search of News "COVID-19 Virus" showed 1,510,000,000 results
Nearly 94% MORE NEWS results in 6 months than the 20 months under Obama in 2009-2010!
And you said "at length" when in 6 months nearly 33 times the amount of "NEWS" by the biased MSM than in 2009-2010?
Maybe if you would look at the differences between 2009 and 2020...hmmm Democrat President who was black..
vs former Democrat, WHITE businessman who donated to Hillary by the way..oh and did I mention he is a Republican against
whom... and why don't you respond to the below FACTS???View attachment 372999
Tell me how 45 million google hits does not equate to being sufficiently covered?
Well Tell me why weren't there 1,510,000,0000 hits?
Google existed.

WHY? 33 times the amount if news when Obama was president ?
Because over a thousand people a day weren't dying?
Do you believe that 1,000 people dying per day is a unique thing?

closing up shop from china was the only pro active thing he did.... but that was after several other countries did, AND he did it irresponsibly because some 40K americans came rushing home, thinking they were gonna be locked out if they didn't. all on commercial flights no less. & it turned out that most covid cases that came here was from europe.

but well b4 that - donny didn't do much at all except dismantle our pandemic team in china, & praised china, even when our own scientific experts & intel was telling him that coronavirus was coming.

15 times Trump praised China as coronavirus was spreading across the globe
By MYAH WARD

POLITICO has compiled a list of 15 times the president hailed China for its push to prevent a pandemic in the early months of 2020 — an effort that ultimately failed:

Jan. 22, Twitter:
“One of the many great things about our just signed giant Trade Deal with China is that it will bring both the USA & China closer together in so many other ways. Terrific working with President Xi, a man who truly loves his country. Much more to come!”
Jan. 24, Twitter:
“China has been working very hard to contain the Coronavirus. The United States greatly appreciates their efforts and transparency. It will all work out well. In particular, on behalf of the American People, I want to thank President Xi!”

Jan. 29, Remarks at signing ceremony for the United States-Mexico-Canada Agreement:
“And, honestly, I think, as tough as this negotiation was, I think our relationship with China now might be the best it's been in a long, long time. And now it's reciprocal. Before, we were being ripped off badly. Now we have a reciprocal relationship, maybe even better than reciprocal for us.”

Jan. 30, Fox News interview:
"China is not in great shape right now, unfortunately. But they're working very hard. We'll see what happens. But we're working very closely with China and other countries."

Feb. 7, Remarks at North Carolina Opportunity Now Summit in Charlotte, N.C.:
"I just spoke to President Xi last night, and, you know, we're working on the — the problem, the virus. It's a — it's a very tough situation. But I think he's going to handle it. I think he's handled it really well. We're helping wherever we can."

Feb. 7, Twitter:
“Just had a long and very good conversation by phone with President Xi of China. He is strong, sharp and powerfully focused on leading the counterattack on the Coronavirus. He feels they are doing very well, even building hospitals in a matter of only days … Great discipline is taking place in China, as President Xi strongly leads what will be a very successful operation. We are working closely with China to help!

Feb. 7, Remarks before Marine One departure:
"Late last night, I had a very good talk with President Xi, and we talked about — mostly about the coronavirus. They're working really hard, and I think they are doing a very professional job. They're in touch with World — the World — World Organization. CDC also. We're working together. But World Health is working with them. CDC is working with them. I had a great conversation last night with President Xi. It's a tough situation. I think they're doing a very good job.”

Feb. 10, Fox Business interview:
"I think China is very, you know, professionally run in the sense that they have everything under control," Trump said. "I really believe they are going to have it under control fairly soon. You know in April, supposedly, it dies with the hotter weather. And that's a beautiful date to look forward to. But China I can tell you is working very hard."

Feb. 10, campaign rally in Manchester, N.H.:
“I spoke with President Xi, and they’re working very, very hard. And I think it’s all going to work out fine.”

Feb. 13, Fox News interview:
“I think they've handled it professionally and I think they're extremely capable and I think President Xi is extremely capable and I hope that it's going to be resolved."

Feb. 18, remarks before Air Force One departure:
“I think President Xi is working very hard. As you know, I spoke with him recently. He’s working really hard. It’s a tough problem. I think he’s going to do — look, I’ve seen them build hospitals in a short period of time. I really believe he wants to get that done, and he wants to get it done fast. Yes, I think he’s doing it very professionally.”

Feb. 23, remarks before Marine One departure:
"I think President Xi is working very, very hard. I spoke to him. He's working very hard. I think he's doing a very good job. It's a big problem. But President Xi loves his country. He's working very hard to solve the problem, and he will solve the problem. OK?"

Feb. 26, remarks at a business roundtable in New Delhi, India:
“China is working very, very hard. I have spoken to President Xi, and they’re working very hard. And if you know anything about him, I think he’ll be in pretty good shape. They’re — they’ve had a rough patch, and I think right now they have it — it looks like they’re getting it under control more and more. They’re getting it more and more under control.”
Feb. 27, Coronavirus Task Force press conference:

“I spoke with President Xi. We had a great talk. He’s working very hard, I have to say. He’s working very, very hard. And if you can count on the reports coming out of China, that spread has gone down quite a bit. The infection seems to have gone down over the last two days. As opposed to getting larger, it’s actually gotten smaller.”

Feb. 29, Coronavirus Task Force press conference:
“China seems to be making tremendous progress. Their numbers are way down. … I think our relationship with China is very good. We just did a big trade deal. We’re starting on another trade deal with China — a very big one. And we’ve been working very closely. They’ve been talking to our people, we’ve been talking to their people, having to do with the virus.”

When Trump covered for China’s alleged coronavirus coverup

The Wall Street Journal reports that Trump was advised twice in January to press China to be more transparent about the outbreak in Wuhan. But Trump ignored the advice:

Early this year, several of Mr. Trump’s political advisers inside and outside the campaign urged him to take on China more directly, which they argued would have bipartisan appeal. One idea they suggested was a special commission to investigate the origins of the virus and whether Beijing responded sufficiently to control the outbreak.
Mr. Trump twice declined suggestions from his team in January to press [Chinese President] Xi [Jinping] for more transparency about the virus’s causes and symptoms, in one case saying that the criticism could cause Beijing to be less helpful, said White House officials.

In fact, Trump didn’t just decline the suggestions; he actually went in the opposite direction. Trump repeatedly praised China’s coronavirus response through late February. And on two different occasions, he actually vouched for China’s transparency, despite the advice.
Trump did so voluntarily on Jan. 24, tweeting, “The United States greatly appreciates [China’s] efforts and transparency.” He was then asked directly on Feb. 7 whether he was “concerned that China is covering up the full extent of coronavirus.” He said flatly, “No. … They’re working really hard, and I think they are doing a very professional job.”

U.S. exports of surgical masks, ventilators and other personal protective gear to China skyrocketed in January and February, when the coronavirus was wreaking havoc in the country where it began and as U.S. intelligence agencies warned it would soon spread.

Where do you get 1,000 dying from COVID???
FACT is when you divide 165,000 by 185 comes out to 894 per day.
See the below FACTS

I don't believe the OP. It's blowing the virus off. Invalid post.
Of course you don't believe because YOU are part of the problem!
This is why the MSM is exaggerating the COVID and playing up the DEATHS.. ignoring the realities that 99% of COVID cases are recovered or MILD!
