Frum has been shilling for the Romney-Bot all along, so you have to take what he says with a grain of salt.

I think the argument "It ought to be a governor" is a good one. But Bush and Carter were governors, and they were awful.

Carter was awful because the east coast liberal left wing of the Democratic party despised him.
How dare the American public elect him over Ted.
Tip and his crowd went out of their way to derail everything he ever attempted to do.
Cain can win but as I have been saying for over a year: Romney will be the nominee and he has the best chance to beat Obama.
