I think that most of this could be eliminated with making online political harassment a felony. Going back 10-20 years looking for dirt on people's email accounts.
Lawsuits against Cell Phone companies giving out email transmissions to private and government agencies.
Also.....filing lawsuits against judges that don't follow the law. Charging them with violating their oath of office.
Charge DAs with prosecutorial misconduct that ignore the law or change laws without consent from the legislative body in their state. Remove them from the bench while undergoing peer review. This is sort of like putting bad cops on the rubber gun squad.
