And it’s still an infringement on both counts. As well as a violation of 4th/9th10th Amendment. You're missing the point. New sales still register guns. Legal private sales in some states have the same requirements. CA and WA are two that require that.
Yandex them.Post them.
Doesn't change the fact that those laws are still on the books and enforced. Are you going to sacrifice your time and money to challenge it?And it’s still an infringement on both counts. As well as a violation of 4th/9th10th Amendment.
.That is a good question when a lot of people keep plenty of knives in their kitchen.
God bless you always!!!
Holly
P.S. I don't know how many are currently in mine.
.And, I'm going to keep on saying it, over and over and over.
Here is a thought, every gun in this country should be registered, just like a car.
They should make a policy that everyone in this country has one year from the day the policy is signed to register their guns. After that if you are caught with an unregistered gun it is a mandatory 5yr jail sentence, if you are caught committing a crime with an unregistered gun it should be a mandatory 10yrs added to your sentence.
Sorta. The federal government does not see these records until the FFL holder goes out of business.I don't think you can buy a new weapon in the US without filling out a federal firearms form for a background check--the weapon is noted on the form, so I guess that is a form of registration.
Funny how the light of inescapable truth scatters the anti-gun cockroaches. Why do you believe correlation proves causation?
Here's proof your claim is unmitigated bullshit:
-The 1994 AWB did not result in the confiscation confiscate a single firearm; as such, it did nothing to take 'assault weapons; off the street. This means there was no reduction in the number of 'assault weapons' in private hands during the ban.
-The 1994 AWB did nothing to curtail the production and sale of 'assault weapons'; as such, it did nothing to reduce the availability of 'assault weapons' to the public. This means the number of 'assault weapons' in private hands increased during the ban.
-Given these facts, it is impossible to soundly;y argue the 1994 AWB had any reductive effect on mass shootings, or its expiry resulted in an increase in mass shootings.
Where is the lie? If "assault weapons" are banned, and a killing happens with a pump action rifle, do you really believe that the left wouldn't call for a ban on these guns as well?Same tried and tiresome LAME ass argument.
To completely disarm Americans....... nice try.
But sure, repeat the LIE once again, the gun nuts love this LIE.
Yes, and that explains why so many of the mass shootings have been staged events, false flags.Yes, they will use such events to strip away any and all facets of freedom, because that is their true goal, not safety but control.
These people are gritty when a mass shooting happens, they want it to happen, as to take away your rights.
It's no lie at all.Same tried and tiresome LAME ass argument.
To completely disarm Americans....... nice try.
But sure, repeat the LIE once again, the gun nuts love this LIE.
OLD, SO PRO Gun, because I do remember when guns were treated with respect. They are also durable - modern* firearms, with minimal maintenance, will remain serviceable indefinitely.
* This includes pretty much every firearm designed for smokeless powder.
Um... wut?OLD, SO PRO Gun, because I do remember when guns were treated with respect.
Now its some sort of extreme, like by magic you some how? got stronger & smarter by buying/ posturing, flashing/ ?/ guns.
Who do you see on this forum today that is disagreeing with my idea?100 percent agree. We had a bill like that on the table here in Maryland…a died Blue Democrat state with very strict gun laws. And while the majority of the legislature is Democrat, they shot it down. Too many of their constituents or constituents’ family members were getting caught with illegal guns and/or committing a crime with a gun.
Think about it, read it again.Um... wut?
Mkay. Thanks.Think about it, read it again.
a gun is a tool
NOW WHAT? You have become more manly by bragging & brandishing them?
AS apposed to hunting skeet shooting/ target practice, or military use.

YOU ARE NOT THE PROBLEM. unless your part of a hate group that energies & promotes hate of others.
I am a female who has only ever owned one firearm, which had only ever been used for target shooting.
I wonder how long it will take you to get the stink off that broad brush.
