The biggest problem is when they have the evidence and then sit on it before announcing it publically and bringing charges. They did that with the Clintons, the DOJ-FBI and then Hunters laptop. All of them were guilty as sin but they put the delay on all those investigations and swept everything under the rug. That's why we need to be wary of any delay tactics. As soon as the information is conclusive, charges need to be brought.
