Since the ACA, deductibles shot up to $10K or more. Insurance now does nothing for normal people. You pay it all. You never reach $10K annually w/o catastrophic events. They used to offer high deductible catastrophic plans. Now its all that way?

Perhaps the insurance negotiates a lower price? Even that is in question as you hear cash price is less everyday?

Maybe some “”Wellness”” care is covered somewhat? But if your well? Well? You don’t need to go. But most still go few times per year, necause “they have insurance”. This fills up the doctor calendar and Quest blood test sites. Hope that helps you know nothings talking about what you don’t know sitting home un-insured and un-employable.
