That dictator has powerful hypersonic missiles. The current U.S. defense systems are not fully effective against Russian hypersonic rockets. In terms of military weapons, Russia has the advantage. That's probably one reason why.

It's not like Russia is such a danger that Ukrainians are rising up to fight. In many cases Zelensky is commanding Ukrainians who consider themselves ethnically Russian, to go fight what to them are countrymen.

Note the part of: to go fight what to them are countrymen.
