The state is what SCOTUS says it is. It is a government, by and for what SCOTUS interprets it to be. They are the source of all knowledge and truth in the universe and the decision starts and ends with them.

Come to think of it, why do we have weekends? Doesn't the weekend have its roots in Mosaic law concerning the Sabbath? This is akin to putting the Ten Commandments in the court room, another clear violation of church and state.
