Pretty sure that if you are a Federally licensed fire arms dealer, your customer should be 21 to purchase a hand gun.

I just looked Alaska's up - you can't get a concealed carry permit up here until 21, but its 18 to purchase. /ANY/ age can possess a weapon with parental approval, its 16 to possess a firearm without parental approval (unless emancipated.) actually, I heard a discussion on the Dennis Prager show with the author of The Rise and Fall of Violent Crime in America....he stated clearly that race and poverty have nothing to do with crime...it is values. He pointed out that Haitian immigrants to the United States, they are black, poor, and speak French, not English and have incredibly low crime rates when they live here.

Blacks in America have been victims of democrats for too long....they believe the victim crap they are preaching...and it is causing a culture of criminality.

The author also pointed out that in the 1900s the Italian neighborhoods in New York were incredibly dangerous but the Jewish neighborhoods were really safe....values, not race or poverty.

Wrong.....not one thing that has been proposed, licensing gun owners, registering guns, or universal background checks would reduce gun crime....they just do not work. And yet you guys keep pushing them and then say we are standing in the way.

We have shown you what actually works, arrest and jail gun criminals for a long time. This has the added virtue of actually targeting criminals who use guns to commit crime while leaving normal people, normal gun owners alone.

Restriction has not helped....we passed more laws and we had more gun violence in the 60s-70s and 80s, then we started passing concealed carry laws and our gun murder rate and our gun crime rates went down....

Keep in mind...New York has all the gun control laws you want.....it is almost impossible for normal people to get a gun permit to carry, and buying a gun is also almost impossible...but this 15 year old apparently didn't have any trouble....
