I don't know but I watched the interviews and those 3 all agreed with the people asking questions that it was and is settled law. So.they lied and are not trustworthy. A judge. , especially a Supreme Court judge should not be a liar and should be trustworthy. They should all be rescinded and replaced with unbiased people.

And what the SCOTUS did was not to ban abortion, but to move the decision back to the states where it always belonged. Congress never passed a federal law allowing abortion, liberals sidestepped the congress and went to an activist court. Even Ginsberg said that Roe was bad law and should be overturned.

Which was exactly the wrong thing to do. Roe vs Wade happened because the state of Texas was abusing their women with their strict abortion law. Like all abortion laws it was adversely affecting women and fetal health. Increasing both rate rates.
