Why do we let the Supreme Court have final say in everything

What kind of democracy is that.? No one elected these corrupt judges. Fortunately a lot of states said, before this ruling, that they will not impliment obamacare. This is how it should be. The constitution never mentions health care and that means the federal govt has no authority here. IT'S A STATE ISSUE!!!

It appears Chief Justice Roberts ruled obozo cannot withhold funds from states that reject obozocare. That insures many states will reject it. Go states rights.

God are you dumb. For starters, the Supreme Court didn't have the final say. They just decided that what was legislated was done so legally. That leaves the final say to voters who elect representatives to legislate. That is where the final say is numbnuts. If everyone really hates this so much, then Romney will be elected and the Dems will lose the Senate. Then the Republicans could repeal all of it. That would be the final say.
