Why Do Trump Supporters Have Such A Hard Time Admitting He's A Convicted Felon?

It does appear to have dropped when Trump's war started; from 410,351 to 381,515, Jan and Feb.

What was the average daily production for Jan and Feb?
I get $100/hour, up front, doing math problems for people. One hour increment minimum. :)

Two points define a line, but three points define a trend. Need more input.

#1 DOJ prosecutes cases not that FEC.
Meaningless. The FEC will always fine if a violation if serious enough. They refer even more serious criminal-level investigations to the DOJ for prosecution. The FEC is the expert body on electoon enforcement. The FEC didn't even fine President Trump for any sort of wrongdoing. The FEC and Biden’s DOJ both discarded the case at the same time in 2021 after the FEC ruling. They were completely dropped. No crime. Not even a fineable offense.

A person can commit an illegal act but still avoid a conviction due to technicalities, lack of evidence, or plea deals
Sure they can. See OJ Simpson. A person is not considered guilty legally in our justice system unless convicted by a jury or guilty plea, however.

This is not difficult but a dumbcuck's mind is a simple thing. Lol

THe state didn’t charge Trump with federal campaign law.
Of course not, stupid. It was out of jurisdiction for NY. Trump broke no federal campaign law anyway. The FEC threw the case out years earlier.

In order for Bragg to charge him with a felony, however, the state had to prove to a jury unanimously that Trump had committed the crime they say was covered up because there was no previous criminal conviction on record for it. Bragg invoked Trump committing a federal campaign crime as the crime being covered up. There was no such crime.

You should probably take share a tutor, you both need help.

The jury is NOT required to be unanimous as to the crime that Trump was hiding,

Why not?

Because it goes to mens rae. Think motive.

He was convicted on his actions. Different jurors are allowed to be believe it was for different motives. They are not required to all agree on motive.

Cohen paid his personal money as a loan to the campaign,

He didn't loan the campaign any money.

Trump laundered the money to pay Cohen back through his business

Trump hid the source of the money he paid to Cohen?

Yes cohen loaned money to support the campaign. He was convicted of it in federal court.

Trump want charged under federal campaign law.

The FEC testimony on Trumps status under federal law was irrelevant to the state charges.

False.

They had to prove that Trump falsified records to hide it said in * * A * * crime.

He could be hiding his own crime OR aiding and hiding the crime if someone else. In this case he was laundering the money to hide Cohen’s crime.

It wasn't his motive, it was his "second crime".

"Pick whatever second crime you think is right", doesn't seem like how most trials are conducted.

You keep saying that but he never gave money to the campaign.

If the expense could occur without a campaign, you can't use campaign funds to pay for it.
You have to use personal funds.

Money spent to support a campaign does not have to be given to the campaign.

It’s not me saying it, it’s the law and Cohen was charged and convicted of it in a court of law.

Hiding a "not crime" isn't a felony.
